I’ve always rented from Boogies. Check them out at http://boogieswatersports.com. Depending on the season a half day can run anywhere from $175- $300. Give them a call. Also check out http://www.doitindestin.com for ideas on other things to do in Destin.
It really depends on where you are going, it can get pretty pricey.
